General Information
All signs are:
- Handcrafted individually as they are ordered.
- Made of the finest Western Cedar, Eastern Red Cedar, Mahogany or California Redwood (upon availability). All woods are cut from managed, sustainable forest.
- Finished with exterior oil based paints and hand painted artwork is done with the finest interior/exterior acrylic paints. A final coat of exterior oil based clear lacquer is applied to each sign.
- Available double sided.
- All signs have black lettering.
- All sizes are approximate.
- There will occasionally be some small tight knots and slight wood grain variations which adds to the beauty of the sign. The signs are all individually made and painted by hand. Therefore, no two signs will be exactly alike. You will have a unique, one of a kind, hand crafted work of art.
- Proofs are available prior to manufacturing (on some designs). Please inquire via e-mail.
- Our signs are great for all occasions...Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Birthdays, Father’s Day, Christmas, Retirement parties, weddings, etc.
- We understand mistakes happen. If you make a mistake when ordering and do not realize it until you receive the sign, we will re-make the sign with the correction at a discounted price. If we make the mistake, we will make a corrected replacement sign at no cost to you.
- If you are not satisfied with your wood sign once you receive it please notify us via e-mail. We will do our best to make sure you are a happy customer. We are here to provide you with a product of excellent quality at a very affordable price. Be sure to check out our testimonial page.
Policies
- Return Policy - If you are not satisfied with your wood sign once you receive it please notify us via e-mail. We will make every effort to make you a happy customer. We understand mistakes happen. If you make a typing error when ordering and do not realize it until you receive the sign, we will re-make the sign with the correction at a half price discount. If we make the mistake, we will make a corrected replacement sign at no cost to you. We do not accept returns because each sign is custom made per your request.
- Refund Policy - Since our signs are all custom, special orders per your request we do not offer a refund. If you are not satisfied with your wood sign once you receive it please notify us via e-mail. We will be happy to discuss the problem and re-make a sign for you with any issues corrected.
- Cancellation Policy - We will be happy to cancel your order if we have not already made the sign. Since all orders are custom made we cannot cancel the order after production.
Most orders are completed and mailed within 5-7 business days. Please note that is "most" orders...we do get orders out faster than that time frame.
- Privacy Policy - We will not share your personal information. We will keep it private.
